Vfxhomeland has released a new advanced tutorial. This tutorial shows how you can create a network for copying animations. With the help of this network, complicated animations can be created from simple animations. Chapter 2 of this training shows a good example of using the result from chapter 1. I show you how a bacterial growth like animation can be created to cover a predefined surface or shape from a simple animation with the help of this method. In this example an input geometry divides into another one to cover a certain shape or surface. The new geometries find a random free position to avoid colliding with each other. Chapter 3 shows two other examples and you can find how this idea is useful for developing animations and effects more efficiently.
